Welcome! Reaching out for therapy can be hard, being here is a big first step. I am currently taking on clients who are navigating generalized anxiety/life transitions, separation and/or divorce, processing the emotional impacts of dyslexia, and navigating domestic violence experiences. I have been working in the education and mental health fields for 10 years and I am a Consilium Trained Practitioner. As a Consilium Trained Practitioner I collaborate with similarly trained attorneys, judges, financial professionals, and therapists. I engage in ongoing education, mentoring, events, and peer support to enrich my practice.
