Board certified in neurofeedback, I use the approach of Attuned Neurofeedback and DBR in the context of psychotherapy. I work with adults, children and families. My focus is on reducing symptoms of traumatic stress which make daily life and relationships difficult. ANF and DBR help increase the effectiveness of therapy through "bottom-up" brain training, changing patterns that underlie emotional, behavioral and sensory concerns. Combining Deep Brain Reorienting with ANF, helps further transform the brain patterns which are provoking distressing trauma symptoms.
