I have been working in the mental health field for over 20 years. My experience is with individuals in a variety of settings. I have experience with a wide range of clinical issues such as, trauma, PTSD, complex PTSD, depression, anxiety, and neurodivergence. Additionally, I’ve worked with family of origin issues, relationship issues and LGBTQIA related issues. My current focus is with young adults who are struggling to navigate through life; BIPOC in particular. I am a LCSW in the state of Florida and NY. I’m originally from New York City, where I received a bachelor’s in psychology, from Hunter College and my master’s, from Columbia University. I’ve lived in Florida since 1999. My counseling style is client-centered and culturally sensitive. I am trained in EMDR, Brainspotting and I am IFS informed.
