My passion is to provide hope and healing from life's challenges in a nonjudgemental, serene environment. I provide a holistic, person-centered approach, and together, I can help you find relief from the shame, burdens, and struggles. I have worked in the healthcare industry for over 25 years, both inpatient and outpatient, in a variety of roles and provide several specialties to help individuals, couples, and groups recover from anxiety, eating disorders, depression, life transitions, phobias, relationship challenges, stress, and trauma. Experience the freedom and discover new ways to enjoy living your life to the fullest. I have additional training in a variety of trauma-focused modalities for individuals experiencing stress and trauma. I am an EMDR Certified Therapist, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist ,Yoga Therapist, and Certified Health Coach utilizing a combination of integrative therapies, including MCBT and Somatic approaches, to aid the healing process.
