I am passionate about bringing healing to all aspects of a person. I specialize in trauma, complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. I take an eclectic approach in my counseling practice and use the techniques that work for each individual in order to bring harmony to all parts of a person’s internal system. Trauma causes deep and lasting effects on the survivor's thought processes, nervous system, and physical body. Behaviors and reactions of trauma survivors can be seemingly unpredictable, confusing, contradictory and lead to pathologizing diagnosis.
