I like to facilitate helping people help themselves by recognizing the maladjusted areas and patterns in their lives and empowering them to make the necessary changes toward improved mental health. I am open to working with most populations, but have the most experience adults with depression, relationship issues, trauma/PTSD, LGBTQ issues, and substance abuse.
