Hi, there! I’m Bertha and I work with adults navigating the in-between seasons of life. I have extensive clinical experience supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, grief, life transitions, relationship concerns, and complex stressors including chronic illness and suicidal ideation. I draw from an evidence-informed approach that integrates cognitive-behavioral (CBT), dialectical behavior (DBT), acceptance and commitment (ACT), trauma-focused and mindfulness-based strategies, as well as somatic and relational interventions.
