My name is Berthovena (Bertha for short) and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in South Florida. I originally received my Masters in Social Work from Hunter College and have been professionally working in the field for over 23 years now. Since I was a child I loved serving others, and this passion is a large part of what has maintained my deep drive and love for Social Work not only as a career, but as a way of life. In our first session together clients can expect us to start with a brief introduction, followed by a review of standard procedures, and then a deep dive into the specific challenges that they are facing and have come to resolve. All of these steps will help us to create a measurable and attainable treatment plan that will help us to gain positive results.
