Coming from a place of compassion and nonjudgment, therapy can be a collaborative space to process current stressors and past traumas. I believe in meeting you where you are, and aim to help you identify your goals and build the skills to get there. As a trauma informed therapist, I aim to provide a safe space for exploring these difficult issues.
