I specialize in working with children, mothers and fathers, and young adults. I am highly skilled in treating and supporting clients with anxiety, trauma or complex trauma, emotional and behavioral issues in children, relational problems, grief, and perinatal disorders such as postpartum anxiety or depression. Clients I work with often come to me when they or their child are experiencing intense emotions or behaviors that they can no longer cope with on their own, when they are no longer feeling like themselves, or when their relationships are causing them significant turmoil. My clients often seek to be deeply heard and understood. I use an integrative approach and tailor treatment to meet the specific needs of my client. I often utilize a combination of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), Interpersonal Therapy (IPS), play-based therapy for children, and person-centered therapy. I am Perinatal Mental Health trained and undergoing EMDR training.
