Accepting new clients. I believe therapy is a space for you to interrogate beliefs, regain a sense of agency, and to rewrite your story. I will work with you to gently explore the origins of beliefs that no longer serve you and use evidenced based therapy to empower you. Additionally, I work with couples and those in ENM relationships to improve communication, repair trust, reduce conflict, and, strengthen bonds. As a Black, gay man, I am especially interested in creating a welcoming space for clients from the LGBTQ+ community. Immediate openings for couples/polycules.
