I work best with clients who want to unearth and correct the contributing factors keeping them stuck, from limiting thoughts and beliefs to self-sabotaging habits and behaviors. I help people to understand how the mind-body connection, thinking patterns, lifestyle, and self-care affect mood and functioning and to create new habits for sustained wellness. I utilize traditional talk therapy in conjunction with lifestyle interventions (sleep, nutrition, social connection, movement, and mindfulness).
