I am a Marriage and Family Therapists Licensed in Nevada and California. As a former Human Resources Manager, my first goal is to ensure that you feel heard and seen. I provide services that are professional, personable, and authentic. I have a successful track record in treating those who struggle with trauma, PTSD, perfectionism, depression, anxiety, panic, grief and loss, domestic violence, life transitions, substance use. I also provide services to active-duty military and veterans. I take a collaborative, person-centered approach to assist each client in their journey toward inner peace. Every challenge is viewed through the lens of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. The focus is to teach, provide insight, and challenge distorted thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
