I am a licensed mental health counselor with over 25 years of experience working with children, adults, couples, and families. I have play therapy experience with young children and teens, and I use a variety of approaches including CBT, narrative, emotionally-focused, solution-oriented, and trauma-informed therapy. My style is client-centered and I seek to meet the unique needs of each person(s) and situation. My aim is to build a therapeutic relationship that is emotionally safe and non-judgmental within which transformational change and growth occur.
