We all have storms that come into our lives and sometimes these waters are difficult to navigate through. My goal is to help you calm your storm in a nonjudgmental and safe space. We can work through life's struggles together in order to heal, move on, and face the new day. I have a focus for working with children ages 5 to 12 and teens ages 13-17. I am able to help children, teens, and their families with school, trauma, defiance, and other behavioral concerns. I am also willing to work with adults with issues concerning depression, anxiety, stress management, past trauma, and challenges that they face in their daily life.
