I love to help people process through and learn from past or current experiences. My goal is for people to have that "light bulb" moment when things start to click and fall into place. I will help you to identify what is not working for and help you develop a way of living that is healthier and more fulfilling. I love to work with those ages 17 and up who are experiencing difficulties with relationships, self-esteem, substance use, depression, anxiety and life changes. I have over 30 years of experience in the behavioral health field and have been a therapist since 2005.
