Sometimes life is hard, and we need help to make it through and figure things out. I meet people where they are and guide them toward the life they want to live. I promote acceptance and non-judgment and help clients find this within themselves. I assist clients in working through their trauma, navigating relationship issues, gaining perspective, problem-solving, and deciding how they want to show up in their lives.
