Hello, I'm really glad you are here! I work with adolescents and adults who are moving through life transitions, anxiety, burnout, and relationship challenges. Many of the people I support are students, early career professionals, and parents who give so much of themselves to others, but often forget to leave anything for themselves. We can start wherever you are. My goal is to offer a space where you feel supported and understood. Together, we can gently work toward greater clarity, resilience, and a sense of steadiness in your life.
