Everyone has times in their life when they could really benefit from therapy. Taking the first step can be hard but it will help you feel so much better. I am passionate about helping my clients live a happy life and becoming their best self. Many people come to therapy because they feel stuck. I offer a warm and supportive environment to help my clients through their toughest times. I work with children, adolescents and adults struggling with self-esteem, anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, grief and loss. I help clients with adjustment problems, relationship difficulties and life transitions.
