I love working with adults that seek to appreciate and trust themselves. Our relationship to ourself can be harmed by painful life experiences, bias and oppression, anxiety, depression and unhealthy relationships. We may blame and disconnect from ourselves in order to fit a mold, feel loved or survive difficult life events. Therapy sessions are a time for folks to reconnect with themselves. Our work together can lead to a better understanding of needs and strengths so each client can navigate their life with a sense of self compassion and respect.
