I work with children and adolescents who feel things deeply. They may struggle with anxiety, emotional outbursts, school stress, grief, or family transitions. Many are bright and sensitive but have difficulty regulating big feelings. Parents often feel worried or unsure how to help. Together, we focus on calming the nervous system, building emotional awareness, strengthening coping skills, and improving connection at home so your child can feel more secure, confident, and understood. I also support parents in developing calm, consistent, and compassionate strategies grounded in respectful, gentle parenting approaches. I provide trauma-informed, play-based therapy for toddlers, children and teens experiencing anxiety, emotional dysregulation, grief & family transitions. I specialize in nervous system regulation, coping skills & strengthening parent-child connection. My approach blends play therapy techniques, sandplay and parent guidance to create steady, lasting change.
