Welcome! I'm Beth Friedman, and I'm glad you're here :-) Whether you're starting therapy for the first time or seeking a new fit, I'd be happy to work with you to help you find a path to a fulfilled and happy life. I hold a degree in Psychology and Psychoanalysis from Tel Aviv University and a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Yeshiva University’s Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology. Additionally, I've completed various training programs to become a trauma-informed counselor, allowing me to work with individuals dealing with trauma, substance use, anxiety, and mood disorders.
