Hi, I am Beth I am here to help you through your journey of starting or continuing in therapy. Dealing with difficult decisions can be overwhelming. Don't go through it alone. If you are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or anxious, having another person to walk through it with you can be helpful. If you are dealing with difficult family, parenting, or relationship issues, I am here to help. I look forward to working with you and helping you achieve some goals for yourself. Some of the different treatment methods that I like to focus on are talk therapy with some goal setting, journal writing, role-playing, and visualization.
