I have been in private practice for 19 years in Columbia Maryland, and provide individual, couple and group psychotherapy to adults and adolescents. My personal philosophy has always been to be of service to others. I have created a process to bring in to conscious awareness patterns of limiting beliefs and blockages in a place where healing and personal growth can flourish in an environment that is safe, confidential and free of judgement. The journey to the authentic self is one that requires courage, determination, self-reflection and unconditional love of yourselves.
