I strive to create a supportive atmosphere allowing you to get to know yourself better. My approach is eclectic, however I am trained mostly in CBT, DBT, and ACT. I treat a variety of conditions, and have specialized training and experience working within addictions, eating disorders, anxiety, and depression.
