Therapy can help you gain clarity, emotional awareness, and the tools needed for meaningful change. We can work together to help you gain a better understanding of your emotions and thoughts while learning skills to navigate life with confidence and less distress. I work with individuals of all ages, parents, and families to build emotional awareness/regulation and distress tolerance skills. My approach is rooted in evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to challenge unhelpful thoughts, mindfulness for self-awareness, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for emotion regulation.
