I was trained in New York at Hofstra University and have been practicing therapy for 17 years. I am trained in CBT, DBT, EMDR, narrative therapies, Gottman and Imago therapies, and specialize in helping with anxiety, trauma, depression, and facilitating communication with a solution-focused approach. I work with adults 21+ and couples. It is my mission to empower people to live better lives. Accepting new clients for February + sessions.
