The therapy room is special to me because it's often the first place we slow down and sort out the noise in our heads. Life moves fast and relationships are complicated. With compassion and curiosity let's organize your thoughts, feelings, and relationships to help you live the life you want. My experience includes individual, family, and couples work. In couples and family work I enjoy getting to know each person in the room and offering support to build connection and relational peace. I especially enjoy helping clients navigate their family systems and reflect on the impact early relationships had on who they are today.
