My ideal client is someone who is committed to working toward real and lasting change. Someone willing to learn that change does not just come from a behavioral switch. Real growth happens when a person's heart engages in the process and understands, internally, first. Each person needs to participate in their counseling; not just be an observer/consumer. I am committed to make each session a safe environment to learn the how and why of engaging in counseling; what it will require to achieve this; and then walk alongside with each client to make these empowering transformations. I am a certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I specialize in Anxiety, Depression, Relationships, Grief Counseling, Trauma, Divorce and Women's Issues.
