Everyone has a story. Our lives have many twists and turns that can take away a person's sense of peace and joy. I'd love to hear your story and help you on a path of your best life. I've been a therapist for twenty six years. I treat depression, anxiety, issues of loss, caregivers of those with special needs, sexual abuse and trauma work. I truly love what I do and the courageous people I meet along the way. When I'm not in a therapeutic setting, I enjoy trying new experiences, being creative, and laughing at pet videos.
