Sometimes we don't realize what is in our way but somehow we are stuck. Or we seek more self awareness, inner strength, and peace. I work with individuals who are needing guidance to get unstuck, heal and grow. Many people have trauma in their past and sometimes in their present life. I offer a space to heal within that pain with various modalities and techniques. I offer a safe and respectful place to heal. Using a trauma informed lens, I will help you understand how your own life experiences inform who you are today. I also use psycho education on trauma and how it effects the brain, body and ones sense of self.
