You feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in relationship patterns you don’t fully understand. You may be high-functioning on the outside while feeling anxious, disconnected, or on edge inside. My work is grounded in trauma-informed care and focused on helping you feel more regulated, build stronger boundaries, and create meaningful, sustainable change at a pace that feels safe and respectful. While most of my work is focused on supporting women, I am available to support all individuals with similar concerns, trauma, and drug/alcohol evaluations. I am currently accepting new clients.
