I am a psychotherapist with more than 10 years of private practice in the State of New York. I was the Director of Mediation and a mediation trainer at the Community Dispute Resolution Center in Staten Island. I was trained in divorce mediation at the Ackerman Institute in New York. I have presented the New York State Parent Education and Awareness Program, which is designed to educate divorcing or separating parents about the impact of their breakup on their children. In addition, I have experience as a child protection investigator, a foster care caseworker, school social worker and social services staff trainer.
