I enjoy working with clients in a variety of formats,including individually,couples,families and children. I am trained in EMDR and play therapy. Most recently I have been trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). ART uses imagery rescripting and memory reconsolidation to alter negative emotions and sensations associated with pain or trauma,in as few as 1-5 sessions. I have experience helping clients with a variety of issues such as depression,anxiety,marriage,self-esteem and divorce.
