Hello, and thank you for taking a minute to read a bit about me and my work. I understand that life can be full of difficult experiences and circumstances that are often challenging to navigate on our own. Having worked in the counseling field for over ten years I have had the honor of joining with many adolescents, adults, couples, and families as they've journeyed through any number of experiences including relationship stress, gender and sexual identity development, life transitions, experiences of depression, anxiety, chronic illness, and death and grief.
