I love being a therapist and feel that it is an honor to do this work. I take a client-centered, creative, and collaborative approach to therapy that is uniquely tailored for my clients' needs. I work with children (ages 3+), teens, adults, and seniors in individual and relational therapy (couple/relationship/family). I have 20+ years experience in healthcare, have worked in EMS and school systems and am an ally for neurodiverse and LGBTQIA+ individuals and families. I believe in a holistic approach that honors aspects of mind, body and spirit.
