My name is Beth Rivet and I love hearing people's stories and helping them feel better about themselves! I have been therapist for 25 plus years and I want to help you! I have worked with clients of all different backgrounds with many different traumas and situations. Whatever is preventing you from moving forward in your life- that is what we need to figure out and sort out. I want to help my clients identify negative thoughts and maladaptive behavior patterns and understand the day to day impact. Understanding what you can and can't change is part of this equation as is recognizing how your thoughts impact your feelings about yourself and those around you.
