I am currently accepting clients for telehealth appointments. I am an experienced clinician in the field of social work. I provide confidential, competent and caring psychotherapy. If you have a current specific issue/ concern that you would like to discuss with a supportive professional, let's set up a free 15 minute consultation. I work with depression, anxiety, grief/loss, acute stress, trauma, and stress management in adults over 18 years of age. I most often utilize cognitive behavioral, cognitive processing, acceptance commitment, and gestalt theories. I believe mindfulness can help support and guide the process.
