Welcome to Light & Life Counseling. It takes a great deal of courage to reach out and ask for some help in managing the ups and downs of life and relationships. We often get stuck in the mire of negative thinking and communicating with others. Getting unstuck and out of the darkness is different for everyone. Maybe it is coming out of an addiction or finally communicating well with your partner. Maybe it is being able to set appropriate boundaries in your life and relationships. Together we will work to understand you and your repeating patterns, as well as clarify what you want for yourself.
