You deserve to feel better! Therapy does not always mean you are in crisis; we all need support from time to time in navigating life’s more challenging paths. I believe that therapy provides a judgment-free space for a person to build a safe relationship in which you can be real, be honest, and work together with your therapist to heal, grow, learn a bit more about yourself, and hopefully laugh along the way! I am most passionate about working with teens and women who are experiencing low self-worth, anxiety, trauma recovery, perfectionist tendencies, navigating body image/post-eating disorder journeys, as well as support through divorce or other challenging life transitions.
