I am an Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP) trained therapist with a specialty in trauma, and I enjoying working with both individuals and couples. My goals include helping you (and your partner) to figure out what is keeping you stuck in unhelpful patterns, thoughts, and behaviors and, at the same time, to achieve the self-understanding and peace that you are seeking — and deserve. Often, in our work together, we will try to become acquainted with the “emotional blueprint” created during your childhood, as it may hold the keys for us to better understand how you engage with both yourself and others.
