My extensive clinical experience prepared me to help individuals understand and address a wide range of emotional issues and past trauma that may trigger current symptoms such as stress, anxiety, depression, or low self esteem. I will work with my clients, utilizing a client centered and strength based approach. I provide highly personalized, caring, and solution focused care. After overcoming personal adversities including abuse, addiction, family trauma, I am able to genuinely connect and understand my clients. Life is not easy, which is why we can all benefit from a good therapist. I offer virtuals or in person as well as walk and talks. Walk and talks allow us to get some sunshine, physical exercise, and therapy all in one.
