I work with people who live everyday lives with their families and friends. However, for them there are challenges in their lives they must face. Sometimes those challenges are not visible to the naked eye. I see them struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or grief. I see them experiencing anger or loneliness. I see my clients masking their struggles with smiles that belie emotional pain. They don't want judgement or lectures. I provide support to manage that struggle, refocus on their true selves, and reconnect with joy.
