I believe the key to a successful therapeutic experience is the relationship between the therapist and the client. With this in mind, I understand the importance of showing non-judgemental compassion and respect for every person who asks for my help. My work with individuals is focused on finding change and building a foundation on which they can confidently manage life’s challenges and live a healthier life. My work with couples and families helps them find strategies to diffuse conflict and learn to communicate more effectively.
