I'm an artist and therapist who uses the creative process to support my clients to better understand and express themselves, cope with life's challenges, and discover their potential. My eleven years of experience includes work with people experiencing stress, anxiety, difficult emotions, relationship challenges, or trauma, and those who want to make positive changes in their life such as going back to school, changing careers, starting a family, moving to a new city, or coming to terms with a loss.
