Hey there! I'm Bethany. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in stress management, anxiety, and self esteem. I also enjoy working with career stress, young professionals, and healthcare professionals. I love to help people tackle their stressors, quiet their inner critics, and feel hopeful again. Many of my clients have also experienced trauma or grief in various forms. My counseling style is warm and relaxed - we will get work done, but we may bond over where you ate dinner last weekend or share a laugh or two along the way.
