You deserve to be the main character of your story, despite what obstacles may be in your way. I want to help you write the story of your life that fulfills you. Sometimes, it feels like no matter what you do, you keep ending up in the same cycle. I seek to help clients identify those cycles and find a new path forward. I work with teens and adult clients to meet them where they are and move them toward where they want to be. I believe the client leads counseling, and you are the expert on your life. My job is to help you notice the little things and build new skills to tackle the bigger things.
