Hi there! At the the core of great therapy is the therapeutic relationship between the client and their therapist. I believe very strongly in the positive changes that can occur as a result of therapy. We all have various emotional needs that can be addressed and benefit from the therapeutic process. I am passionate about serving children, adolescents, adults and families. By partnering with my clients, I see tremendous growth towards their goals and improvement in general well being. When working with children and teens, I take a systems approach and work closely with caregivers to provide the most comprehensive care possible. I subsequently worked as a mental health therapist in a pediatric office and in a private practice setting. I have extensive experience in working with issues such as trauma, behavioral issues, family transitions, anxiety and depression.
