Hello! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I enjoy working with motivated couples who are tired of repeating negative cycles within their relationship/marriage. I’m dedicated to helping my couples identify & stop those cycles and increase security, intimacy and communication. I also work with individual adults and teens who find themselves struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, challenging life transitions, relationships and more. I’m passionate about providing a safe space for my clients to unpack their thoughts and feelings and find confidence as they discover and connect to their most authentic selves. I work from an attachment framework & believe that a strong therapeutic alliance is one of the greatest catalysts for healing. This means fostering a therapeutic relationship based on trust/safety and connection is my top priority.
