I work with individuals and couples who grew up without the emotional support they needed and now, as adults, often feel depleted, burnt out, or disconnected. Many carry the impact of early trauma that still affects their health and relationships. They come to therapy seeking growth, healing, and deeper connection. In our work together, I provide a safe, compassionate space to explore these struggles, build understanding, and practice tools that strengthen resilience and restore relationships. My perspective as a therapist is shaped by research, professional training, and my lived experiences.
